Job Description:

• Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance operations.
• Assign duties and monitor workers at assigned sites.
• Ensure cleaning work meets company and client standards.
• Check attendance, work performance, and site conditions.
• Coordinate with clients regarding operational matters.
• Train and guide workers on proper cleaning procedures and safety.
• Prepare daily work reports and update management on site issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning, facility management, or a similar field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage and motivate a team of workers.
• Responsible, hardworking, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple sites when required.
