Provide services encompassing Knowledge Management and Document Control to support the Data Center Knowledge Management (DCKM) APAC Readiness program.
Ensure the integrity, quality, compliance, and readiness of engineering and construction documentation across the APAC region.
Systematic collection, validation, organization, and accessibility of critical Plan of Record (POR) and readiness documentation, providing consistent support for process compliance, executing document migrations, and delivering end-user operational support.
Capabilities
:
Must cover document readiness, taxonomy compliance, and document control for engineering and construction documentation.
Implement processes to address regional operational hurdles, supporting growing APAC demands and strategic imperatives.
Expected to facilitate frequent product reviews with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to validate the accuracy of Product Information Listings (PILs) and track action items.
Provide responsive ad-hoc operational support to Product Development and Insertion (PDI) teams to resolve blockers and maintain project velocity.
Expected to maintain data integrity across reporting tools and dashboards (such as IPStats) through periodic auditing and reconciliation.
Contribute to and execute bulk data migration and metadata update projects using custom tools and applications.
Responsible for managing projects and its personnel effectively to meet service deliverables with limited oversight.
Document Readiness & Process Compliance
Collect and organize Plan of Record (POR) documentation, ensuring all documentation aligns with established taxonomy, metadata standards, and project approval phases.
Enforce documentation and workflow compliance with established Knowledge Management standards and governance guidelines.
Assist in maintaining and updating Electronic Document Management System (EDMS, e.g., AODocs) processes, folder structures, and document types.
Advocate for and implement industry best practices across the readiness lifecycle, including Design, Issued for Construction (IFC), and Construction Turnover documentation.
Product Information List Validation, Tracking & Dashboard Integrity
Facilitate and attend assigned product review meetings with Product Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to systematically assess and validate the accuracy of Product Information Listings (PILs).
Conduct formal regular reviews of each PIL, ensuring all details are accurate, and maintain the associated action/to-do checklist to track progress and corrective actions.
Maintain the integrity and reliability of the IPStats dashboard by performing periodic data audits, reviews, and updates to ensure stakeholder data is accurate and current.
Provide responsive, timely ad-hoc operational support to PDI teams to address support requests as they arise.
Document Migration & End-User Support
Act as a first point of contact for end-users regarding readiness-related queries, troubleshooting operational issues and escalating complex technical blockers to designated Google program points of contact.
Assist with and execute the migration of engineering and construction documentation from historical/legacy systems to the current EDMS.
Compile, gather, and maintain insights on current and historical documentation to support collaborative solution development and process optimization.
Continuous Improvement & Training Enablement
Proactively identify opportunities for workflow and process improvements, collaborating with program stakeholders and the DCKM teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive end-user training and process documentation in accordance with DCKM policies, procedures, and styling guidelines.
Participate in and deliver DCKM Document Readiness training and guidance sessions to cross-functional stakeholders.
