Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site position based at AIA CapSquare Tower, Kuala Lumpur.
• Support business development and agency growth activities.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate onboarding and development activities for new team members.
• Conduct and support product training for team members.
• Read and understand company guidelines, rules, regulations, and product materials, and share important updates with the team.
• Support internal meetings, training sessions, team activities, and agency events.
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and team members.
• Support team members through coaching, performance monitoring, and development activities.
• Assist management with business planning and day-to-day coordination.
• Monitor ongoing recruitment, training, and business activities and provide updates when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and people development skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Own transportation and willing to travel when required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva and other digital tools is an added advantage.
• Experience in Takaful, insurance, or financial services is an added advantage.
• Former Takaful agents or Life Planners are encouraged to apply.
