Discovery Bay International School (DBIS) is a very special international community school. As the IT manager at Discovery Bay International School (DBIS), you will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of both the helpdesk support team and the data services team. Reporting directly to the IT director, you will drive operational excellence, system integrity and service delivery across the school's digital ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in managing school management systems (notably iSAMS), optimising ticketing workflows, overseeing vendor relationships and ensuring that technical support meets the standards of a premium international school.
