岗位职责
We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Engineer to join our team and grow our business in the water quality and process instrumentation sector.
You will be responsible for developing and managing sales of water quality analyzers, flow meters and related instrumentation, representing established brands including In-Situ, Badger Meter, ATi, SCAN and Lovibond.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, customer engagement and market development.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts and assigned territories.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from enquiry, quotation and negotiation through to order closure.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts and opportunities using Salesforce and SAP Business One.
Support new product launches and identify new market opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and regular updates for management and principals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and agreed KPIs.
Training will be provided.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
At least 1 year of relevant sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in water treatment, municipal water, industrial water, marine or offshore industries will be an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
Able to manage multiple projects, priorities tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Good time management skills and a strong team-player attitude.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
Candidates with stronger and more relevant experience may be considered for Senior Sales Engineer position. Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
