Job Summary

Support and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, work pass administration, staff accommodation records, workplace conflict resolution, incident management, and audit assistance to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to arranging interviews to secure qualified talent

Execute day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and processing work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to maintain workforce compliance

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff dormitory assignments and occupancy, ensuring foreign workers’ residential addresses are verified and updated in the OFWAS system

Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts, staff grievances, disciplinary issues, and terminations to uphold a positive work environment

Administer incident records related to work injuries, public liability, and foreign worker medical cases by conducting investigations, preparing reports, submitting IReports, filing claims with insurers, and following up on outstanding payments

Assist in preparing and supporting ISO and bizSAFE audits to ensure organizational compliance with standards

Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or higher qualification in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent

At least 2 years of relevant working experience

General knowledge of the Employment Act to support HR compliance efforts

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel with strong numerical aptitude

Strong English writing and communication skills to effectively document and communicate HR matters

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees and stakeholders

Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Resourceful team player capable of working autonomously and collaboratively
