Job Summary

Support project execution by coordinating with stakeholders, preparing documentation, and assisting the Project Manager to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to clarify project requirements, track schedules, monitor deliveries, and resolve outstanding issues
• Prepare accurate quotations, purchase orders, invoices, reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents to support project progress
• Assist the Project Manager in compiling project updates, reports, and presentations for effective communication and decision-making
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Project Manager and project team to maintain smooth project workflows
• Manage multiple project, administrative, and accounts-related tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and support project objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
• Previous experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and project tracking
