- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Review project material requisitions and specifications for accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment.
- Develop and maintain supplier database and good vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Liaise with project team to understand material and service requirements.
- Track procurement schedule to align with project timelines.
- Handle documentation for procurement, contracts, and approvals.
- Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing with suppliers.
- Assist in budget control and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support tender preparation with material and cost information.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and materials.
- Report procurement status and updates to management.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
