Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive

to join our finance team. Whether you're an experienced accounting professional or a fresh graduate eager to kick-start your career, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

Handle

Accounts Payable (AP)

and

Accounts Receivable (AR)

functions.

Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and customer billings.

Verify and reconcile

Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), invoices, and supporting documents

.

Ensure all accounting documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier payments.

Follow up on outstanding customer payments and account reconciliations.

Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding accounting matters.

Provide general administrative and accounting support as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

. Training will be provided.

Candidates with relevant accounting experience will have an added advantage.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
