What will you be doing?

• Assist new customers at the counters and provide information about the services and answer inquiries.
• Answer reception phone calls and write down information.
• Capture incoming and outgoing vehicle details (Weight, No. of Pax, etc.) into the weighbridge system.
• Tally operations weighing details with the weighbridge details.
• Retrieve or create customer details via the system to create a payment voucher.
• Verify the accuracy of payment details.
• Initiate/verify authentication approval for payment.
• Handle customer issues and feedback to reflect to the management for review and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions in both digital and physical formats.
• Regularly update and maintain customer and transaction records to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
• Maintain clear and effective communication withthe operations team, drivers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide general administrative support for office consumables.
• Provide administrative support to operations and fleets.

What we are looking for

• Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in basic computer application
• Compulsory need to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Off on weekdays.
