Payment Operations (Bank)

• Support end-to end payment processing, including validation, execution, reconciliation and exception handling.
• Ensure payments are processed accurately and within required timelines.
• Investigate and resolve payment breaks, failed transactions and operational queries.
• Liaise with internal teams, banks and external counterparties on payment-related matters.
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting and operational control checks.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Payment Operations, Banking Operations, Cash Operations or Settlements.
• Basic understanding of payment flows, reconciliation and exception management.
• Familiarity with SWIFT and/or cross-border payment systems would be advantageous.
• Meticulous, organised and able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
