Job Description

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including quotation evaluation and procurement execution

Negotiate contracts, pricing and service agreements to achieve cost efficiency and business objectives

Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards

Coordinate inbound shipments from overseas suppliers and manage the import documentation

Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipment issues or discrepancies

Maintain accurate procurement records, databases and documentation

Forecast purchasing needs and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations

Provide administrative support to Sales team to ensure smooth business operations

Assist with coordination of administrative tasks and operational matters when required

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
• Min. 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP system
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Knowledge of heavy vehicles and spare parts is an added advantage
• Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
