Quality Inspector / QC Inspector

MNC Manufacturing | Oil & Gas Industry

Singapore

Basic Salary: S$2,500–S$3,200 + Transport Allowance

5-Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process and final product inspections
• Maintain material/component traceability and update router sheets
• Use calibrated measuring and inspection equipment
• Identify and report non-conformances to Supervisor/Lead
• Re-inspect repaired/reworked items before release
• Complete inspection records and documentation before shipment
• Support new staff orientation and on-the-job training
• Follow company Safety, Quality and Code of Business Conduct guidelines
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management initiatives

Requirements

NITEC / O Level / N Level

1–2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment

Oil & Gas manufacturing experience is an advantage

Knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS / Quality Control preferred

Experience with measuring tools/equipment preferred

Knowledge of

LDP (Liquid Dye Penetrant) / NDT

is an advantage
