This is a fully remote role for the company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

• Responsible for managing and handling full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment selection, compensation and benefits, monthly payroll, administration training development and employee / industrial relations.
• Responsible for the development and formulation of HR policies and procedures.
• Review and constantly monitor the recruitment strategies, channels, social media and materials to ensure cost effectively of the recruitment process for different job profiles and functions in the Company.
• Review, implement and manage the Company’s Compensation & Benefit policies, procedures and processes in motivating the employees to achieve the company goals with balanced in business consideration.
• Manage the compensation and benefit administration including group insurance, performance appraisal, yearly increment and bonus as well as ad-hoc projects such as job evaluation and salary review.
• To plan and formulate policies on all industrial relations matters so as to ensure disciplined workforce and maintaining harmonious employer-employee relationship within the organization through fair and equitable policies consistent with industrial law and practices.
• To perform any other duties assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
