岗位职责
Job Description
Supervise daily construction site operations and workforce activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
Inspect work quality and ensure construction meets project specifications.
Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to maintain project progress.
Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and labor to minimize waste and control costs.
Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate site records and reports.
Organize toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
Report project updates, delays, and risks to management.
Ensure proper housekeeping and site security at all times.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Valid construction safety certification (where required by local regulations).
Willingness to work on-site and travel between project locations if required.
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and comply with all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,with flexbility to work extended hours when required.
