Lead the design, implementation and continuous review of group-wide compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategy, market competitiveness and internal equity
Drive the annual salary review, bonus planning and performance calibration cycles, ensuring robust governance, consistency and compliance
Conduct job evaluation, market benchmarking and compensation analysis to support informed and commercially sound reward decisions
Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to advise on pay structuring, reward strategy, internal parity and cost trade-offs
Oversee salary structures, incentive plans and variable pay programmes, ensuring they remain effective and fit for purpose
Lead the design, review and administration of employee benefits programmes, including insurer and vendor management
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and audit standards across all compensation and benefits matters
Develop, update and maintain compensation and benefits policies, frameworks and guidelines, and support matters relating to the Remuneration and Nomination Committee
Requirements
7 to 10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards
Strong expertise in job evaluation, market benchmarking and compensation frameworks
Good working knowledge of HRIS and compensation tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Excel and analytics platforms
