We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate
to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day logistics coordination, oversee shipments, and ensure seamless supply chain operations. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a solid understanding of global shipping processes.
Key Responsibilities
Shipment Coordination:
Plan, track, and manage the end-to-end movement of goods via air, ocean, and land freight.
Documentation Management:
Prepare, review, and process essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Vendor & Carrier Relations:
Liaise and negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, transport vendors, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective rates.
Customer Support:
Provide regular status updates to internal teams and external clients, handling any shipment-related queries or discrepancies efficiently.
Job Requirements
Education:
Possession of a recognized bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Industry Preference:
Prior experience working within freight forwarding is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and freight documentation. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and perform well under tight deadlines.
