Job Description:-
- Analyze, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct time studies, process mapping, and line balancing.
- Develop and maintain process documentation such as work instructions, control plans, PFMEA, and flow charts.
- Identify root causes of process issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Lead process trials and validation for new products and process changes.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and work closely with design and quality teams.
- Monitor key process indicators and ensure processes meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality departments to resolve process-related issues.
- Assist in tooling and equipment design and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS standards and other regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/process engineering role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with CAD software and process simulation tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, 5Why, Fishbone Diagram, and SPC.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
