Job Description:-

• Analyze, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Conduct time studies, process mapping, and line balancing.
• Develop and maintain process documentation such as work instructions, control plans, PFMEA, and flow charts.
• Identify root causes of process issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Lead process trials and validation for new products and process changes.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and work closely with design and quality teams.
• Monitor key process indicators and ensure processes meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality departments to resolve process-related issues.
• Assist in tooling and equipment design and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/TS standards and other regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/process engineering role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with CAD software and process simulation tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, 5Why, Fishbone Diagram, and SPC.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
