As HR Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the human resources department, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s goals.

Policy Development & Compliance

• Labor Law adherence - EA1955 & IRA
• Policy development
• Risk management

Foreign Worker Management

• Oversee foreign worker recruitment, permits, hostel management, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with government agencies and service providers regarding foreign labour matters.
• Monitor worker welfare and accommodation standards.

• Prepare monthly HR reports and manpower analytics.
• Manage the HR team

Who We're Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state employment law and HR best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, also well-organized and detailed-oriented.
• Experience in payroll processing will be an added advantage.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
