Job Responsibilities:

• Source, plan and develop new products to assist in expansion and organic growth.
• Involve in negotiation with vendors to get the best deal based on price, quality, distribution cost, and other factors.
• Involve in promotion and in store promotion activities to drive the store sales.
• Study competitor, market /competitor visit to understanding merchandise assortment availability, promotion activity and market prices.
• Work closely with other departments to achieve department KPI.
• Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Have good sense of understanding of retail operations, supply chain processes and sales trends.
