We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive HR assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This is a junior position with the possibility to groom into leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist all HR-related matters, including recruitment, scheduling and employee relations

Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off boarding

Manage and track attendance logs, verify timesheets for payroll handoff, benefit administration, and compliance with labour regulations

Assist with internal company events or wellness initiatives

Be the first point of contact for employee's inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries.

Ensure all employee records are properly maintained and update in the system and employee's personal files

Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Fresh graduates or candidate with 1-2 years of relevant administrative or entry-level HR experience are welcome to apply

Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Infotech, etc)

Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws

High degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee data in compliance with PDPA

Familiarity with MOM work pass transaction

Awareness of TAFEP

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
