Responsibilities
Grow the client franchise globally through the introduction to QCP’s product and solutions – primarily qualifying and handling inbound client flow.
Provide consistent high-touch service to valued prospects / clients throughout their journey with the firm.
Support the Sales Team in any campaign / initiative roll outs for client engagement.
Work with internal stakeholders to improve client experience and meet client demands.
Assist in any implementation enhancements to existing client service workflows.
Requirements
Experience in real-time client-facing functions, especially regional corporates or UHNW clients.
2 to 5 years of experience in a sales coverage role in a Financial Institution Industry is preferred.
Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skills. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are crucial.
Knowledge of derivatives and other trading products (e.g. Spot, Options, Structured products) as well as general understanding of the Web3 ecosystem is a strong plus.
Outstanding problem-solving capabilities, including solving issues under high pressure.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to be able to facilitate clients and cross departmental communication.
Native-speaker or fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
