EducareerMY is looking for motivated, responsible and career-driven individuals to join our 15-Month Management Trainee Development Programme, designed to provide participants with real workplace exposure, structured career development and continuous professional coaching.

Depending on your placement and career direction, you may gain hands-on exposure across:

• Team Coordination & Supervisory Support

You will work within a real industry environment while developing the professional skills required to progress towards future supervisory and management positions.
