1.0 Responsibilities
· Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on SMT PCB magazines according to the maintenance schedule.
· Inspect magazines for physical damage, deformation, worn components, loose parts, and alignment issues.
· Repair or replace damaged magazine components such as side guides, locking mechanisms, adjustment screws, rollers, and handles.
· Clean magazines to remove dust, solder residue, labels, adhesives, and other contaminants.
· Ensure magazines comply with ESD control requirements and company standards.
· Verify magazine width adjustment and smooth operation before releasing them for production use.
· Label and identify magazines with maintenance status and traceability information.
· Segregate damaged magazines and coordinate repair or disposal when necessary.
· Maintain sufficient magazine inventory to support production requirements.
· Record maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and spare part usage.
· Report recurring failures and recommend improvement actions to reduce maintenance frequency.
· Support continuous improvement (Kaizen/CIP) projects to improve magazine reliability and maintenance efficiency.
· Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, 5S standards, and company procedures.
· Assist production during urgent magazine replacement or troubleshooting.

2.0 Job Requirement
· Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related field.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Experience in SMT manufacturing is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
