Up to SGD $6,000/month
International exposure across resort development projects
Direct support to C-Level executives
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and scheduling support to C-Level executives
Coordinate international travel, accommodation, visas, and transportation
Prepare and maintain confidential documents and correspondence
Manage HQ office administration, supplies, couriers, and building matters
Support Finance with invoices, petty cash, receipts, and expense records
Liaise with HR on onboarding, attendance, leave, and project documentation
Support Apaleo PMS administration and maintain accurate system data
Assist with operational reporting and coordination across resort projects
Support overseas project and site coordination when required
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or corporate operations roles
Experience with PMS platforms such as Apaleo, Mews, or Cloudbeds preferred
Familiar with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting systems
HR system experience is an advantage
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and manage changing priorities
Willing to travel overseas on short notice when required
