Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements and client safety rules
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards
• Ensure workers use the correct PPE and follow safe work procedures
• Implement Permit-to-Work (PTW) based on job requirements
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings, and communicate hazards and control measures to workers
• Assist supervisors and workers in preparing and implementing JSA/JHA, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Safe Work Procedures
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions

Requirement:

• Must possess a valid DOSH / JKKP Yellow Book (SSS)
• Relevant site safety experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of workplace safety requirements and practices
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, proactive, and safety-conscious
• Able to work independently at client/project sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
