Job Description
We are looking for a
Warehouse Executive
to manage day-to-day warehouse activities and maintain accurate and efficient inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate receiving, checking, storage, picking and issuance of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock counts.
Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO / FEFO where applicable.
Monitor inventory levels and highlight replenishment requirements.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and collections.
Maintain proper warehouse organisation and storage standards.
Prepare inventory, stock movement and warehouse reports.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Finance and other departments.
Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
Carry out other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Requirements
Relevant experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations preferred.
Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
Comfortable working with inventory management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
Detail-oriented and able to investigate inventory discrepancies.
Able to work independently and manage priorities.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Forklift licence will be advantageous.
