E-Globex Sdn Bhd started operating as a licensed Money Changer and was incorporated on 22 January 2008. Through years of hard work and dedication, we have accumulated industry specific experiences especially in Money Services Business (MSB) while contributing to society and the growth of our company.

We are expanding and we are looking for people to GROW WITH US!

RESPONSIBIILITIES:

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Understand each department’s daily processes and goals
• Participate in company’s strategic planning
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
• Create and give presentations
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
• Preparing documents and updating records.
• Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level / Pre- U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Prior working experience is an added advantage, but fresh graduates may also apply.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills and is confident dealing with people from different management levels.
• Cash handling experience will be an added advantage.
• Detailed oriented and organized.
• Able to work well in a team environment and contribute ideas.
• Excellent time management skill.
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work weekend and travel to different branches.
• Having a good command of different language is an advantage.

IMPORTANT:

• 5 to 5.5 working days arrangement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
