Key Skills & Responsibilities
Customer Consultation & ServiceExcellence
Demonstrate strong interpersonal andcommunication skills when conducting pre- and post-treatment consultations.
Assess customers' skincare concerns andrecommend appropriate treatments and products based on their needs.
Facial Treatment & Technical Expertise
Perform facial treatments professionallyand safely in accordance with established service standards and hygieneprotocols.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincareproducts, treatment techniques, and beauty industry trends.
Sales & Customer RelationshipManagement
Apply consultative selling techniques torecommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages.
Build long-term customer relationshipsthrough excellent service and follow-up care.
Administrative & Record Management
Maintain accurate customer records,treatment notes, and appointment schedules.
Handle front desk operations, customerenquiries, and appointment coordination efficiently.
Operational Excellence
Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, andcommon areas are clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
Follow company policies, operationalprocedures, and workplace safety standards.
Teamwork & Adaptability
Collaborate effectively with team membersto achieve service and sales targets.
Support centre operations and undertakeadditional responsibilities as assigned by Management.
