Position: Beautician
Salary Package: Basic RM3,000 – RM8,000 (depending on experience) + Commission
Working Location: Southkey / KSL / Eco Botanic, Johor Bahru
Company Background: Beauty Salon
Working Days: 4 rest days per month
Working Hours:
Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Descriptions:
Provide professional beauty and facial treatments based on customers’ needs.
Perform beauty treatments according to the company’s procedures and service standards.
Conduct basic consultations to understand customers’ skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments or services.
Explain treatment procedures, packages, and aftercare instructions clearly to customers.
Recommend suitable beauty products, services, or treatment packages based on customers’ needs.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Follow up with customers on treatment progress and future appointments when required.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in treatment rooms, work areas, and beauty equipment.
Clean, sanitise, and properly maintain beauty tools and equipment.
Assist with appointment scheduling and customer enquiries when required.
Maintain accurate and updated customer treatment records.
Support the team in achieving outlet sales and service targets.

Requirements
Relevant experience as a beautician or in beauty treatments is preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to communicate confidently with customers and recommend suitable treatments or products.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to outlet schedules.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
