岗位职责

Responsibilities
  • Work on agency database using Databricks + Python
  • Write and maintain Python scripts in Databricks to extract and structure data.
  • Understand requirements from business teams and translate them into data solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and fix data errors to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Manage policy/customer data tables, supporting operational needs.
  • Support Agency Strategy with focus on pricing & segment strategy, BAU role, not project-based
  • Define target districts and business targets
  • Track income, KPIs, performance indicators
  • Data analysis on trends, pain points, and prediction
  • Set and monitor weekly / monthly / yearly targets
  • Conduct ad-hoc / time-to-time analysis
  • Handle data across policy, agency, and customer
  • Strong mix of data analytics + business thinking
  • Involved in brainstorming, storyline building, agency engagement
  • Emphasis on thinking process and structured problem-solving

Requirements
  • Strong skills in Python and Databricks for data extraction and structuring.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data issues independently.
  • Insurance background (policy or customer data) is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • 1–2 years of experience in insurance or related industries preferred.
  • Manager‑level title; no need for advanced business strategy or presentation skills.
  • Clear value add: translate data business impact
