Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food production operations.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Lead and manage production workers.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Monitor inventory and report production issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a food production or manufacturing environment are preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
