Role: Accounts Cum Admin Assistant

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Information Technology /Private Limited Company
• Position Title: Accounts cum Admin Assistant
• Working Location: 21 Bukit Batok Cres, Singapore 658065
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Duration: Permanent Role

Accounting Duties

• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Record supplier invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on customer payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare and maintain sales report, forecast and performance analysis.
• Assist with GST submissions.
• Support accountants during financial reporting

Administrative Duties

• Handle general administrative and office support tasks.
• Manage filing and document control systems.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Support HR administration such as staff claim documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as AutoCount, MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
