We are seeking a Full-Time Service Manager for our upscale restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dining room operations and guest reception.
• Train and mentor front-of-house staff to maintain service standards.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Manage floor schedules and coordinate with the kitchen team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality service management.
• Prior background in hotels or airlines is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English and exceptional leadership traits.
• Strong problem-solving abilities under a fast-paced environment.
