Responsibilities: 

·               Review andapprove construction drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure that theymeet project requirements and industry standards.

·               Ensure thatall work is performed in accordance with industry standards, company policies,and contractual requirements.

·               Communicateseffectively with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to identifyneeds and evaluate alternative Project solutions.

·               Attendmeetings as required to ensure the compliance with the overall projectstandards, procedures requirements and resolved issued.

·               Lead andmotivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive workenvironment.

·               Regularlyinspect the site progress and provide guidance to the project and constructionmanagement teams on best practices and efficiencies on scheduling andprocesses.

·               Review andendorse subcontract documents, progress & variation works claims tocustomers.

Requirements:

·               Degree inCivil Engineering / Construction Management, or a related field 

·               Strongcommunication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues andeffectively communicate with others.

·               Outstandingorganization, coordination and leadership skills.

·               Excellencein verbal and oral communication skills.
