Position : Assistant Outlet Manager / Outlet Manager

Reports to : Team Leader

Department : Operations – Restaurant Team

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Ensure the outlet complies with company policies, health and safety regulations, cleanliness and food safety standards
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and place orders for supplies as needed

2. Staff Leadership / People Development

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including servers, cooks, and other team members
• Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand
• Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, provide feedback & identify training needs
• Motivate the team to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive working environment that encourage team work.

3. Customer Service:

• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor the quality of food and service, ensuring they meet company standards
• Social media (Manage Google Review for outlet). Check Google Review daily for own outlet and notify Social Media Team within 24hours (Overall response within 48hours to customer)

4. Financial Oversight / Management

• Manage the outlet’s budget, including labour costs, food costs, and other expenses.
• Optimize profitability through inventory management, labour scheduling and waste
• reduction.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and take corrective actions where
• needed
• Implement cost control measures to minimize waste and reduce expenses

5. Marketing & Promotions

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the outlet and increase foot traffic
• Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns at the outlet level that drive business growth
• Ensure consistent brand representation in all customer interactions and outlet appearance

6. Reporting & Problem solving

• Provide regular reports on sales, expenses, staffing and other operational matters to the team leader.
• Address operational challenges such as customer complaints, staff shortages, or equipment malfunctions
• Resolve conflicts within the team and maintain a harmonious working environment
• Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to handle multiples priorities and mange team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in financial management, experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Flexibility to work shift duties, evenings, closing, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to maintain the highest standards of quality and service

• Strong dedication to building a motivated, skilled team
• Passion for the restaurant industry and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of POS System, Cash Handling Procedure

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
