Overall Job Objective: Support the Sales Manager and Admin & Finance Manager in the day-to-day sales administrative functions in the company.

Job Description:

1) Process customers enquires and orders.

2) Generate quotations.

3) Update records in system and maintain proper filing system.

4) Provide strong administrative support.

Requirements:
1) Min NITEC Diploma in any discipline.

2) Meticulous and systematic.

3) Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken.
4) Able to handle customer’s web system.

6) Able to handle company ERP system.

7) Proficiency in Microsoft office skills.
