Job Description

Assists the Executive, and/or Deputy Manager and/or Manager in Facultative Division in data entry and preparation of underwriting statistics for the facultative markets (all regions). This includes pre-underwriting treaty risks.

• Assists to pre-underwrite facultative risks for the division with the preparation of statistics
• Execute data entry accurately to achieve a higher standard of data quality
• Attend training periodically internally and externally
• Assists in administering marketing efforts for the division
• Ensuring correct data entry for the division by reviewing exception reports and rectifying data errors
• Assist in providing administrative support to the construction of strategy, execution, and monitor business plans
• Contribute to continuous process improvements to achieve higher operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the related function.
• Works well in teams internally (within the division) and externally.
• Acceptable communication skills (written and verbal) - a clear articulation of ideas presented.
• Attention to detail and good judgment.
