Job Description

Process bi-weekly payroll with additions and deductions while processing other handle payroll-related matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Upkeep and maintain all relevant HR files, employee records, upload certificates to the system accordingly in a timely manner.

Address payroll-related queries and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Prepare payroll reports required for internal use and/or submission to relevant authorities

Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of training courses, update and maintain training record etc;

Provide support in all administrative duties;

Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.

Maintain and update relevant HR files, employee records, and systems in a timely manner.

Driven, meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently

Job Requirement

Location: Balestier/Kim Keat Road

Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm Saturday : 9am to 1pm (maximum 6 times in a year, when payroll giro period falls on the weekend)
