AssistantArchitectural Manager

Job Responsibilities:

·      Lead and manage the architectural works and siteactivities for the assigned project

·      Coordinate with the Architect, consultants,subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to resolve architecturalissues on site

·      Review architectural drawings, specifications,and construction details to ensure proper site execution

·      Monitor the progress of architectural worksagainst the project programme and identify potential delays or issues

·      Supervise and coordinate architecturalsubcontractors to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawingsand specifications

·      Conduct regular site inspections and coordinaterectification of architectural defects and non-conformities

·      Coordinate architectural works with structural,M&E, façade, and other trades to minimise site clashes and interface issues

·      Attend site meetings and coordination meetingswith consultants, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholder

Requirements:

·      Bachelor Degree in Architectural or relateddiscipline

·      Minimum 7 years of relevant experience inarchitectural site management, preferably with a major main contractor
