Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare purchase request and purchase order for supplier.

- Source for Lower Costing Items Product Purchase.

- Negotiation with supplier for discounts and credit terms.

- Arrange for shipment with supplier in order to meet Sales Order dateline.

- Arrange for delivery to client.

- Liaise closely with Sales Team and Technical Team on stock arrival date.

- Input purchase invoice from supplier to system.

- Support sales team with information such as product data, pricing and etc.

- Prepare costing report for project orders.

- Manage inventory data, stock level and perform monthly stock count

Requirement:

- At least 1-2 years working experience as purchaser
- Knowledge for I.T. products is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
