PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and requirements.
• Prepare project budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
• Monitor and track project costs to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide regular project updates on progress, plans, adjustments, and key issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors and suppliers, including assigning tasks and monitoring agreed deliverables.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement adjustments or corrective actions where necessary.
• Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant project management or engineering experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly resourceful, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to complete projects according to the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
