About the role

Monitor and manage batch processing jobs in a production environment. Perform application and batch monitoring using Kibana / Elasticsearch. Troubleshoot production issues and perform incident identification, analysis, and reporting. Execute and troubleshoot SQL queries for production support and issue investigation. Provide application support with basic knowledge of Java and Linux. Monitor batch job failures, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Prepare and maintain incident reports and technical documentation. Support production operations across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, including rotational night shifts.

A

bout you

• 3+ years of experience in IT Production Support
• Hands-on experience in batch processing
• Experience with Kibana and Elasticsearch for application/log monitoring
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Basic understanding of Java
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Experience in incident management and production troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant production support experience, preferably within banking or financial services
• Banking or financial services experience is preferred

Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
