About Us
Mdm Ling Bakery is a Singapore bakery brand built on a simple promise: Love Them All. We operate our own production facility, warehouse and delivery operations, serving retail, e-commerce, corporate, wholesale and institutional customers across Singapore.
About The Role
We’re looking for a temporary Junior Operations Administrator on a 6-month contract. You’ll support administration, vendors, logistics, events and internal projects in a hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities
Organise invoices and coordinate with Finance on payments
Prepare documents, reports and filing systems
Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting records
Manage office supplies and inventory
Liaise with vendors and service providers
Maintain spreadsheets, databases and project trackers
Draft internal announcements and meeting recaps
Support event setup and teardown when required
About You
0–2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong communication and organisational skills
Detail-oriented, proactive and dependable
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana or Trello is a plus
Singaporeans and PR's preferred
