About the Role:
At HSBC Life, we are the cornerstone in business development within Financial Services. We are forming a dedicated and trusted team and are looking for candidates with grit, passion, and strong interpersonal skills to make a difference.
This is a client-facing sales and advisory position with a structured pathway transitioning into management within 2 to 3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client portfolios, assess financial stability, and understand their long-term financial goals.
Learn and recommend suitable investment and financial solutions tailored to client needs.
Expand network and cultivate new client relationships through events, networking, and direct outreach.
Manage ongoing client relationships through appreciation events and clear communication.
Attend continuous personal development training provided by Senior Leadership.

Mandatory Requirements:
Nationality: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) ONLY. (Foreigners are not accepted per MAS/company guidelines).
Age: Minimum 21 years old.
Minimum Education: 4 GCE 'A' Level passes (or equivalent); Local Diploma (Singapore Polytechnic diplomas automatically recognized); Recognized Diploma (minimum 900 academic hours with formal graded exams).
Licensing: Willingness to complete 4 mandatory CMFAS examination papers (M5, M9, M9A, HI). (First examination fee is fully sponsored by the company).
