Job Summary

Provide professional sales and customer support, including ticketing, reservations, e-commerce enquiries, and customer service, while supporting daily commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to ticketing, reservation, e-commerce sales, and administrative enquiries to support commercial operations
• Manage walk-in customers, incoming calls, and emails to resolve general enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Process international and domestic ticketing queries to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
• Address Airlines Sky-pearl Club membership queries with clear and helpful communication
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships using strong interpersonal skills to enhance customer satisfaction
• Deliver customer service that ensures satisfaction with products and services through attentive support
• Assist with e-commerce tasks including email marketing, website management, and digital marketing initiatives to support online sales growth
• Support additional duties as assigned by the Department Manager to contribute to team objectives
  
  

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and agents
• Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach
