What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the facial team
- Oversee daily outlet operations & treatment standards
- Drive sales, packages & customer retention
- Train and coach therapists
- Handle customer enquiries & feedback
- Manage facial products, stock & equipment
️ Experience in facial/beauty industry
️ Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
