Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Assistant role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Store Assistant supports daily store operations, including welcoming customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection. Responsibilities include handling retail sales transactions, replenishing stock on shelves, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and monitoring product displays. The role also involves basic inventory checks, price labeling, and reporting any issues to store management. Store Assistants may help train new team members on store procedures and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales experience or aptitude, with the ability to manage transactions and support sales activities.
• Candidates should possess Organization Skills to maintain orderly displays, manage stock, and support smooth store operations.
• Candidates should possess Training capabilities or willingness to support onboarding of new staff and share store procedures.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include basic math skills for handling cash, reliability in attendance and time management, and the ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage, and proficiency in multiple languages commonly used in Kuala Lumpur is beneficial.
