Site Management & TeamLeadership: Take full charge of rebar activities. Lead, supervise, and motivatea teamebar workers in cutting, bending, handling, and fixing rebars.Efficiently assign daily tasks, ensure a smooth

kflow, and achieve productiontargets.Planning: Provided clear technical briefings to the team to guide siteoperations.Qualiy Control & Compliance: Ensure all rebar works, includingbar size, spacing lap length, and concretecover, fully comply with designrequirements. Conduct self-inspections and prepare work for officialchecks.Progress & Material Management Develop detailed weekly and dailywork plans to ensure rebar activities arewell-coordinated with other trades(e.g, formwork, concreting) and do not delay the overall projectschedule.Manage rebar material delivery, inventory, and usage to minimizewaste.Workplace Safety: Act as the responsible person for workplace safety,enforcing the WSH Act. Conduct dailyTool Box Meetings, ensure proper use of PersonalProtective Equipment (PPE), and proactively identify andmitigate potentialhazards to maintain a safe working environment.Communication &Coordination: Serve as the primary interface for rebar works. Maintaineffectivecommunication with project managers, cient representatives, consultantengineers, and other trade foremen(e.g., Formwork Foreman) to report progressand resolve site issues promptly.2. SKILLS

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rebar Foreman orSenior Rebar Worker in the construction industry.Strong leadership and teammanagement skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of10-20rebar workers.

Ability to adapt to the site environment and completehigh-intensity tasks on schedule.

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents will be givenpriority.
