Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ACMV projects from pre-construction, design coordination, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning through to project completion and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities.
• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of 3 engineers, ensuring effective project execution and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Review and monitor ACMV drawings, technical submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Ensure ACMV works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, relevant codes, standards, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage project variations, claims, cost control, and contractual matters.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Coordinate testing & commissioning activities and ensure proper project handover and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively and maintain good relationships with project stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop engineers and project team members to improve technical and project-management capabilities.
• Drive projects towards successful completion while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the ACMV industry, preferably with experience managing large or complex projects/A&A Jobs.
• Proven experience in ACMV project management, site coordination, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Experience managing and leading engineering teams; ability to supervise 3 engineers effectively.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, construction processes, technical coordination, and project delivery.
• Good understanding of project costing, variation orders, claims, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under project deadlines.
• Proficient in project scheduling and relevant engineering/project-management software.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and safety requirements is an advantage.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
